Cancellation of Services:
- Users can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
Cancellation of Products:
- Users can cancel orders before shipping for a full refund.
- Cancellations after shipping are non-refundable.
Return and Refund Policy
At Mystic Pranati, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than a defective or damaged product. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective or damaged. All sales are final. In case of defective or damaged product, exchange can be done, but there is no refund for any order once product is delivered.
Defective or Damaged Products:
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we require you to provide an opening video of the package as proof within seven days of delivery of product. This video is mandatory for processing replacements. Without this video, we are unable to verify the condition of the product and cannot honor replacement requests.
Replacement Process:
If you prefer a replacement for the defective or damaged product, please contact us 8770274964 and send us mail on mysticpranati@gmail.com with the opening video as soon as possible. We will review the video and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly.
